Terms of Service

Last updated: June 28, 2026

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) are a binding agreement between you and Robinline (“Robinline,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) governing your access to and use of the Robinline software, websites, and related services (together, the “Service”). By creating an account, clicking to accept, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of a business, you represent that you are authorized to bind that business, and “you” refers to that business.

1. What Robinline does

Robinline is software for residential and commercial cleaning and home-service companies. It helps you capture leads, answer and message customers, generate quotes, schedule and dispatch jobs, request and process payments, request reviews, and run follow-ups. Some features generate messages, quotes, and suggestions automatically; you remain responsible for the communications and actions taken through your account.

2. Accounts and eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and use the Service for business purposes. You agree to provide accurate information, keep your login credentials secure, and are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service in violation of any law or regulation, or to send unlawful, deceptive, harassing, or abusive content;
  • Send messages or place calls to people who have not consented to be contacted, or after they have opted out;
  • Upload data you do not have the right to use, or infringe anyone’s rights;
  • Interfere with, overload, reverse engineer, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service;
  • Resell or provide the Service to third parties except as expressly permitted.

4. Messaging, calls, and consent (important)

The Service sends SMS text messages and may place or handle phone calls and emails on your behalf through third-party providers. You are solely responsible for obtaining and maintaining all legally required consents from the people you contact, for honoring opt-out and do-not-call requests, and for complying with all applicable laws (including the TCPA, CAN-SPAM, and similar rules). You represent and warrant that you have the necessary consent to contact each recipient. Standard carrier message and data rates may apply to recipients.

5. Automated and AI-assisted features

Some features generate text, quotes, pricing suggestions, and replies automatically. These are tools to assist you and may be inaccurate or incomplete. You are responsible for reviewing outputs and for any messages, quotes, bookings, or charges issued through your account. Robinline does not guarantee the accuracy of automatically generated content and is not a substitute for professional, legal, or financial advice.

6. Fees and payment

Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis at the rates shown when you subscribe. Payments are processed by our third-party payment processor (Stripe). Fees are exclusive of taxes, which you are responsible for. Unless required by law or stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable. We may change pricing on a going-forward basis with reasonable notice. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination.

7. Payments you collect from your customers

When you use the Service to collect payment from your own customers, those payments are processed through Stripe and settle to your connected account, subject to Stripe’s terms. Robinline does not take custody of your customers’ funds. You are responsible for the accuracy of your quotes, charges, refunds, and tax handling.

8. Third-party services

The Service relies on third parties (for example, payment processing, telephony and SMS, email, AI model providers, and hosting). Your use of those features may be subject to the third parties’ terms, and we are not responsible for third-party services.

9. Your data and intellectual property

As between you and Robinline, you retain ownership of the data you and your customers submit (“Customer Data”). You grant us a worldwide license to host, process, and use Customer Data as needed to provide, secure, and improve the Service and as described in our Privacy Policy. We own all rights in the Service, including its software, design, and trademarks. You may not use our branding without permission.

10. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE, OR THAT AUTOMATED OUTPUTS WILL BE ACCURATE.

11. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ROBINLINE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, OR DATA. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE THREE (3) MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Robinline harmless from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your Customer Data, your communications with your customers, or your breach of these Terms or applicable law (including messaging-consent laws).

13. Term and termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, fail to pay, or use the Service in a way that creates risk or legal exposure. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends; sections that by their nature should survive will survive.

14. Changes to the Service and Terms

We may modify the Service or these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will take reasonable steps to notify you. Your continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

15. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The courts located in Delaware will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute not subject to binding arbitration, and you consent to that jurisdiction.
